Scope:  

This guide uses the Directed Call Park method by configuring a Yealink Multipurpose Key (MPK) to transfer a call to a directed park orbit.

 

Requirements:

  • Access to the Manager Portal
  • Access to the Phone's Web GUI
  • v3 device profile in the provisioning server
  • Custom firmware listed below. The firmware should be installed automatically upon provisioning

The MPK Key on a Yealink phone may be configured via the device's web UI, or by remotely provisioning the phone using overrides in the Provisioning Server.


Configure the MPK Key to Park a Call using the GUI

  • To configure a Call Park key with the web UI, browse to the phone admin page and configure a Line/Memory Key under the 'DSSKey' tab with the following parameters.
Field Name Description
Type Call Park
Value Enter the extension of the Call Park Queue that you created in the previous step.
Label This is the label that will appear on the phone's display.
Line This is the line of the phone that will be used to park the call.
