Configure Missed Call Email Notifications

This document outlines how to configure missed call email notifications to a user's email address
Requirements
Access to Manager Portal
- Using the top bar click on Users
- Click on the Edit icon next to the User you wish to modify, then select Voicemail
- Scroll down to Unified Messaging and enable Send Email After Missed Call.
- Any email address assigned to the user's profile will now received missed call notification emails.
