Attended Transfer

Scope:

An Attended Transfer is where a caller is announced to the receiving party before sending the call. The following steps will allow you to complete an Attended Transfer using your GXP21xx series phone.

 

Requirements:

One or more simultaneous calls 

 

 

Attended Transfer

  1. While on the first call, press your Line 1 key. This is the top left key next to your screen.
  2. At the dial tone enter the extension of the person you will be transferring the call to.
  3. After you have advised that you are going to transfer the call press the Transfer button.
  4. Press the down arrow to select the call you have on hold.
  5. Press the OK button.
