Datagate: Set Up Authorized.net Integration

Scope Requirements: Payment Option: Add Payment Link to Emailundefined

Intended Audience: White Label Partners

The following steps will show you how to set up the Authorized.net integration and add your payment link to your email template in Datagate

 

 

Requirements:

  • Access to Datagate 
  • Access to Authorize.net
 

 

  1. Log into Datagate
     
  2. Hover over your UserID in the top right-hand corner of the screen and Click Settings

     
  3. Click Integrations 

     
  4. Click Configure for the Authorize.net integration
     
  5. Enter your Authorize.net information and click Test Account Access
    1. You should receive a message in Green saying the account information is correct
       
  6. Click Save

Payment Option: Add Payment Link to Email
 

  1. Click Settings

     
  2. Click Emails

     
  3. Click Templates

     
  4. Click Edit next to Invoices
     
  5. Add payment link below to email template
    1. Your payment URL: https://app.dgportal.net/pay/[PaymentToken] Note if you have your own URL for the End-Customer Portal, please use that instead of app.dgportal.net.  
    1. Click Save
    2. Test the link by clicking Test (a window will pop open)
    3. Enter your email to send the test invoice and click Send
    4. Click the link in the test invoice, the pop-up below should open
    5. A receipt will be emailed only if the email address is added to the above screen.
        
  6. Reseller Portal will Update to "Paid" when payment is processed. NOTE: Customer Portal will NOT update the status as “Paid”
