Update Caller ID Number for a User

This article outlines how to update the Caller ID number for a user. Caller ID Name (CNAM) is controlled by the receiving carrier. To set CNAM contact the Telco Services department.
Requirements
Office Manager Access to Manager Portal or higher
- Log in to the Manager Portal
- Navigate to Users
- Select the user to modify
- Scroll down to Caller ID and select a new number from the dropdown
Note: The Caller ID dropdown only contains the numbers that are found in the Inventory Tab - Click Save
